Our Orphanage began in year 2003 as Fran Lance received a revelation from the Lord in Siem
Reap province for His desire for an orphanage in Cambodia through the River of Life Church
Cambodia. Up until late July of 2003, we started bringing orphans one after the other into the
university. Some are still working on their high school and Junior high. We have four young
children aged from 5 to 10 years are in elementary school. Each one of them is growing in
loving and serving the Lord in the ministry.
